This and That ....

I was shopping for cell phones today and was looking at the specs for the phones I like. And this is what I found in one of the websites....

Talk Time² : up to approximately 3.4 to 10.2 hours

I know the talk time depends on various factors. But what would make it vary by 6 hrs?? I have no clue. Do you?
